Process Post - Home Project #1

For my home project, I'm doing an acrylic painting of the VMFA. I don't have much experience with paint or landscapes, so I'm struggling to figure out or like what I'm doing. I've mainly only done the base colors and started on the building itself. I'm not super happy with how it looks right now because all the edges look really messy, but I'm hoping it will come together better once I make more progress.
